This site collects nothing. It has no form, account, analytics or tracker. It uses no cookie beyond the theme preference held in your browser. That preference does not leave your device.

The applications hold information on behalf of a customer. CLWS LLC acts on that customer’s instructions when it handles that information.

Counterline holds customer records used for payroll and insurance arithmetic, along with the rules, source entries, results and activity records tied to that work. Sidefile holds employee records, access records and employee medical documents on behalf of the employer.

Retention follows the customer’s own retention decision and any legal hold the customer applies. CLWS LLC does not choose a customer’s retention period.

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act and the California Privacy Rights Act. These can include rights to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information.
