Acceptable use

A customer may use the software for its own internal work, within the product, user and term limits in its order. Users may access only the records and actions their customer has authorized.

The software never writes to a carrier system or a government system. No one may attempt to use it that way.

Medical documents may be uploaded only by people the customer has authorized. Uploading a document about someone who is not an employee of the customer is not permitted.

No one may attempt to avoid, disable or circumvent the access rules or the ledger. No one may change, hide or delete an access record.

Do not test the security of the site or products without a written agreement from CLWS LLC. To arrange an agreed test, write to contact@ledgerquire.com.

CLWS LLC may restrict or suspend access needed to stop a breach of these rules. CLWS LLC will tell the customer what happened and what must change before access can resume. Any further consequence must follow the customer’s order and the final terms of service.
